Frequently Asked Questions

Do you buy British only?

In the winter and early months of the year, I buy from New Covent Graden Market and my trusted suppliers, the flowers are both British and imported. However, in the spring, summer, and early autumn months, I buy fully British and have now gained great relationships with local growers and suppliers, so your flowers are always fresh.

When do you do bouquets deliveries?

Once a month, we do seasonal bunches delivered. We are currently delivering on the third Monday of every month, which tends to be around the 20th.

Delivering to all of London and into Surrey, around the KT4 point. But we will be in touch if it’s too far out.

Do your prices change?

As we buy from more British growers, we are able to see a more ethical and sustainable purchase pattern. The growers are paid properly, and the supply chain is a lot more visible and fair. Price fluctuations happen, this means that people are being paid properly.

HOW TO DISPOSE OF YOUR FESTIVE DOOR WREATHS

LGBTQi+ Friendly?

You flippin’ bet! LOUDER AT THE BACK- EVERYONE IS WELCOME. LOVE IS LOVE. I hope to provide a safe space for all my customers, clients and friends. Inclusive to the core. If you think otherwise, I am not the florist for you.

 How are you eco- friendly?

I spent the first few months of the first lockdown finding compostable cellophane, recyclable packaging, and reusable box bogs. I want my product to look beautiful whilst still not creating a negative impact on the planet, as much as possible. I am always open to new ideas, and happy to discuss alternatives with my customers.

I never use floral foam, and pride myself in trying to make my floral studio as environmentally friendly as possible.

Why ‘Garage’ florals?

I worked from my parent’s garage for two years on a tiny desk/ table in between hanging bikes, old buckets, washing machines, and a lot of gardening gear. Then, last year, I could afford my own little studio and look forward to one day getting bigger premises with space to allow customers to wander in and browse.
